Hello, dear readers.
I hope you are well!
Today I have a quick question for you. My question is: how do you see the word "marketing"?
During discussion about marketing, I realized that this term is often perceived negatively.
When I ask my interlocutors what is wrong with this term, they say that for them, the word marketing is synonymous with deceit, falsehood and even scam. Some of them believe that only uses marketing to sell more and boost profits of an already prosperous.
If you also have this negative image of the term marketing, read on. In a few sentences, I will share with you my views on this subject and hope that my ideas will erase the bitterness left by your preconceptions about marketing.

Marketing, a method for defining the company.

Marketing not only aim to sell products and services to consumers.
Marketing is, first and foremost, a way to help the business owner to identify the strengths of the company and therefore offer a better service to its customers.
Marketing is used to identify its market and communicate the particulars of his business to consumers.
Marketing is a system used to improve the presentation of a product, its qualities define and communicate its benefits.
Marketing empowers the business owner to its customers and helps them to feel good about its operations. More business owners have confidence in its products / services, it will be more proud of his company and he can better serve its customers.
Defining its unique selling proposition ( unique selling proposition ), the business owner determines the benefits and uniqueness of its business. Then, it integrates and spreading this new identity using the resources and tools available in the company.
When marketing is practiced effectively and ethically, the business owner makes customer service as very few entrepreneurs do.
The goal of the company is to satisfy (s) need (s) of the consumer and create a win-win agreement between all partners (including clients) as part of the same business (or non- profit). Finally, marketing is the process used to create, communicate and deliver value to consumers and business partners.
And you, dear readers, when do you think?
I hope you liked this post.
See you soon!
