Are you ready to be coached?

By on 17:20

The question arises because many people do not dare to use the services of a coach.

What holds the manager plan coaching hours instead of planning and external training that require considerable outlays?

With hindsight, I can now say that in my career I have benefited greatly from the advice of a coach, in fact, much more than all the training I received. Over the years, I have followed several different formations, but few of them have had a long term effect. There are a few that were downright useless and others had a temporary effect, leaving the documentation dust cover on the top of a die.

I had the pleasure of receiving the advice of a coach after twenty years in management and it is at that moment that I realized how advantageous it would be for me and my employers that I could have one in starting my career!

Still not sure?

Ask yourself the following questions?

I am ready to entrust to a coach?
Am I willing to change?
I'm honest enough with myself to say that I need help to do my job and / or to advance in my career?
Am I willing to give me challenges and overcome them?

and they?

Is what I would learn from a professional coach?
Is what I am able to tell my boss I want a coach instead of a class?
Is what I decided?

The answers to these questions will guide you in your decision to use our services.

Note that the distance coaching via Skype is possible for people who do not live in the Montreal area in Quebec.

Good coaching!
